According to the City's website,"In Carlsbad, three lagoons cover more than 1,000 acres and include nature preserves, hiking trails and water recreation areas. Lagoons provide valuable open space, allowing the public to enjoy nature, exercise, relax and take in some of the most beautiful views in the world." Come see what all the fuss is about!
The events are designed to raise money to support the lagoons and their inhabitants! Don't miss this!
All three lagoons have an event starting around 10am and the walk/runs' will culminate at the Agua Hedionda Lagoon, near Tamarack. After party to follow!
